Les 93 boys à Amsterdam!!

Ça y'est, ce dernier week-end à Amsterdam ça très bien passé! Si tu me connais, tu sais que je n’aime pas fumer... mais je jure que je n’ai jamais fumé autant dans ma vie!!!!! Haha.... et je crois que je ne fumerais plus pour un très longtemps.

Mortel, 93, tu peux pas test!!!!!!! On a été 18 mecs dans une ville faite pour s'amuser et c'est exactement qu'est on a fait! J'ai pris beaucoup des photos jusqu'à le moment que les piles sont mortes.

La raison qu'on est allé à Amsterdam c'est pour le enterrement de vie garçon de Fwedo!!!! Félicitations Fwedo!!!!!!! Je ne crois pas que Fred ni les 17 autres mecs oublieront ce week-end ;-)

C'est partie!!!

Ça y'est, après une long semaine avec beaucoup de stress le week-end est finalement arriver. Ce matin j'ai passé un entretien qui pourrait juger mon temps qui en reste France. D'après moi, ça bien passer et j'attends les nouvelles lundi pour savoir si je passerais à la deuxième l'entretien. Alors ce week-end, je prévue de bien manger, boire et s'amuser avec mes pots. Passer un bon week-end tout le monde!

Cela va bientôt faire 1 an que je suis à Paris.
Beaucoup de choses se sont passées dans ma vie durant ces douze derniers mois… Parfois des bonnes et parfois des moins bonnes. Concernant mon état physique, les médecins affirment que je suis enfin guéri!!!

En tout cas , J’ai pris des PHOTOS de moi après mon accident afin que vous puissiez constater à quel point je suis chanceux. Bien évidement, cette épreuve était une que je n'oublierais pas jamais.

Upcoming changes....

Good morning to you all....

As I just woke up and it's now 15h20 here in Paris... i am still saying good morning. It was a very long night for all of us when went to celebrate Sacha's birthday. There was even a double celebratation as his girlfriend, Anna turned 25 at midnight, March 25th. We had dinner and then went to have some drinks and a bar "ni porte'quoi" but in the end we DID end up at our usual hangout... cafe OZ! hehe

Some of the changes I have done and also in the process of doing is I have a new wordpress powered blog at www.keithmania.com . I am also going through a self-reflection stage and I will write more soon to let you know what I ahve been going through. So go have a look and please let me know what you think.

Blog posts de mon voyage à Montréal!!!!!!

Ah, c'est très bon d'être revenu à ma ville de naissance, Montréal!!!!! J'ai arrivé vendredi à Montréal et mon meilleur ami Brad a venu me cherché à l'aéroport. Il a m'aidé avec ma voiture et après j'ai rencontré Lobster pour une vacances qui devrait avoir beaucoup des "excitment"! Ce week-end a très bien commercé.

Vendredi soir on a rejoindre mon ami Vik est on a été chez Bueno notte. La bas ça était un gros party avec beaucoup des pots et des jolies filles. On a même rejoindre notre bon ami Yannick Hubert!!!!!!

Ensuite samedi soir on a été chez Opéra. Ça été super, encore plus fun que la soirée avant. On a danser et bien s'amuser!!

Bon, dimanche je crois que ça va être une journée tranquille mais on verra, il est encore très tôt ;-)

A recent quote from my good buddy Yan B, when I asked "how's life?" That was his reply... Yan I understand exactly how you feel. Things are going great, but somehow you don't feel as happy as you think you should be.

French vocabulaire!!!!

Putin, Merde!!!!!

C'est les seuls mots que je sais complètement bien prononcer comme un Français!!! C'est triste parce que j'ai eu un entretien jeudi après-midi chez Le Figaro pour une nouvelle mission. Cette mission pourrait être le début de ma nouvelle carrière ici en France, car la mission avec La Société générale terminera à la fin janvier.

J'avoue que ce n'a pas été le meilleur entretien de ma belle carrière à date, mais je suis trop qualifié pour ce poste de toute façon!!!! Par contre, Le Figaro est une entreprise où je pourrais facilement avancer et travailler avec les nouvelles technologies.

Dider Berne, qui a organisé l'entretien, m’a dit que malheureusement je n'ai pas eu le poste car je ne parle pas le français comme un vrai Français. Quand j'ai entendu ça, je n’ai rien dit. Toute le monde qui me connaît ici en France sait que je parle français avec un accent anglo et aussi, que mon vocabulaire n'est pas complet.

Mais moi, je sais que je me suis beaucoup amélioré depuis mon arrivée à Paris, en avril 2006. Alors, je peux me sentir triste, je peux aussi me fâcher ou je pourrais même retourner au Canada, où mon accent serait plus apprécié.

Mais non!!!! "That's not my style" et je vais faire le mieux afin de m’adapter plus en français. Samedi, j'ai acheté des livres d’orthographe et de grammaire et j'ai des amis qui vont m'aider à parler français avec moins d'accent anglophone.

Une autre chose aussi, c'est que j'essaierai d'écrire mes blog posts en français aussi. Alors à tous mes pots, n'héstiez pas à me corriger quand je fais des erreurs, c'est le seul moyen pour moi d’apprendre.

Je ne suis pas venu ici en France pour avoir des échecs!!! Je ne peux pas et je ne veux pas changer qui je suis, un anglophone Canadien-Jamaican. Mes pots, France, et le monde entier devront être accepté comme je suis...

As mentioned in my previous post, I got to see some of Picasso's orginal works of art. Although I'm a debutant in the work of art appreciation, I was very impressed with many of his works and as Tanya pointed out, you can see his skill in even the simplest of drawings he made. Another Great weekend in paris!!!!

It's 2007 and the first full weekend of the year started off superbly. Friday Tanya and I hung out as she came back from Bugaria and she shared her stories of the great time she spent with her family. Then we met Sophie and we all headed off to Cafe OZ to meet Gab and the others.... Wow, I don't even have to go into details... FUN was had by all....

Saturday, after sleeping in from the long night... I met Omar for the gym although I did not get to work out this time we took a tour on les Champs and i got a couple of reading materials that'll help me improve my french vocab ;-)

We then decided to go for dinner at an Italian resto and Omar invited a couple of friends, Nadesh & Aurelie. We then met Sacha and Anna at Sacha's place.... took down a couple of Bicardi's 76% proof alcohol shooters (Thats some strong stuff, it'll grow hair on your chest...hehe). Then.. well you guessed it, we headed back to Cafe OZ.. to party until the sun came back up (well almost!!).

Tanya and I later meet Sunday afternoon and paid a visit to the Picasso Musee since most offered free admission to the public on the first Sunday of each month :)

All in all, it was another great weekend in Paris, you gotta love it!!!!
